[Usage]
1. Long press the power button to turn on the machine. If it can not be turned on normally. It may be because of insufficient power, please charge it and try again.
2. Fix it in knee/elbow/shoulder position.
3. Click the heating button to turn on the heating function. The system will automatically set it to the first 45°C, there are six heating levels: 45°C-50°C-55°C-60°C-65°C-70°C, click the heating button again to switch the heating level.
4. Timing function. Click the Timer button to open the timer function. Timing gear: 15 minutes-30 minutes-45 minutes. Select the time to start timing, and automatically turn off the heating when it reaches the specified time.
5. Switch F°. Long press the heating button and timing button for 2 seconds to switch the temperature display.
[Caution]
1. It is not recommended to use it for a long time or when sleeping to avoid high temperature burns.
2. Avoid contact with water during operation. It should be used under completely dry conditions.
3. Pregnant women and young children are prohibited from using it.
4. Patients with pacemakers are prohibited from using it.
5. Do not disassemble or modify the heating film and control circuit to prevent artificial damage to the heating element.
